Introduction

Go-Pro Sports Academy Dubai has come a long way since its first days in Safa Park with a couple of coaches and just a handful of boys -several of whom are now pursuing football careers in the UK and US, you can read more about these players in our success stories.

Go-Pro Director Kirk Hilton and ex Manchester United player always had a vision for Go-Pro which is encapsulated in today’s Boys Academy.

The Go-Pro Boys Academy currently trains boys age 8 to 18 years of age, five days a week at the best facilities in Dubai at Dubai English Speaking College (DESC). Our Boys Academy has over 20 specialised sessions per week, and our players are put through their paces under the tutelage of our UEFA trained coaches.

The Go-Pro Curriculum

The Go-Pro Football Academy Curriculum is THE most effective and comprehensive player assessment tool in the UAE. It provides each player in our academy with holistic feedback tailored to their individual footballing ability. Created and designed by our own Go-Pro UEFA certified coaches, specifically for player assessment and goal setting, it is the benchmark for measuring and demonstrating the progress of all players in our professional training environment.

Our football curriculum has been recognised internationally by a number of educational institutions and football academies, this has enabled several of our Go-Pro players to realize their ambitions and advance in their football careers.

The Boys Football Academy

The Go-Pro Football Academy follows the tried, tested and trusted academy structure and framework of professional clubs in the United Kingdom. This structure is in fact that which our own UEFA trained coaches themselves came through at clubs such as Manchester United, Carlisle FC and Preston North End.

Go-Pro, however, with their experience and understanding of the UAE have specifically adapted this structure to meet the needs and requirements of our players who increasingly have activity heavy school schedules and hectic timetables.

The Go-Pro Academy Boys Academy program ensures each player develops both as an individual and as an integral team member, continually monitored and assessed using the Go-Pro App for regular feedback makes sure that each player is being challenged in an environment that supports continual progress and the success level that they aspire to, be it an accomplished player or elite footballer aiming to a pro football career.

Elite Program

As our range of programs cater for different age groups, Go-Pro Football Academy Dubai has a clear pathway for progression through all of these ages.

Starting with fun themed sessions for our very young players and culminating in our links to colleges and universities in the U.S. where, if the player has the talent, desire and perseverance, they will have the opportunity to gain scholarship educations whilst playing football at college or university level.

For our most elite players we are able to, through our network of professional contacts in the UK, facilitate trials with academies of professional clubs.

All Go-Pro Academy players will have the opportunity to train with our team of UEFA coaches, and guest specialist visiting coaches.
