Here at Go-Pro Sports Football Academy Dubai every football program, be it technical, holistic or skills based is developed in-house using the knowledge and expertise of Go-Pro’s team of UEFA and FA licenced coaches, all of who have a strong background playing football at pro level.  We offer inclusive sessions for players of varying ages, from all cultures and we train from grass roots level to elite players!

Goalkeeping

The goalkeeper is the last line of defence in any game of football! One of the most vital components of the team, and any lack of focus, uncertainty or small error can often lead to the loss of a game!

At Go-Pro Football Academy we offer goalkeepers tailored made trainings sessions with specialised coaches. We put the art of goalkeeping under a microscope and we seek techniques to eliminate errors and focus on player core abilities and flaws with expert coaching sessions from our goalkeeping specialist.

FOOTBALL FIT – Fitness & Coaching

It’s not just about football at Go-Pro Football Academy Dubai!

We know core strength and flexibility is as important as technical skill, agility and knowing the rules of the game, this applies across each and every age group. Here at Go-Pro our focus to work is to include and advance in as many areas of football related fitness as possible.

​Our Friday morning programs at DESC Dubai, focuses on developing key components of fitness including but not limited to aerobic/anaerobic cardiovascular workouts, circuit training, speed and agility movements. For our older players we also offer weight training with guest trainers specialising in this field. 

We endeavour to improve all round football fitness in order that our players can maintain stamina and become physically stronger and quicker on the pitch. We at Go-Pro view these sessions as crucial, not only to improve your whole-body fitness but also help prevent injury, improve biomechanics and strengthen weaker muscle groups.
